Trying to communicate with the company to fix an issue while managing or servicing your loan. I had this same issue last year, the company responded to my request last year after expediting my request. This year when my homeowner 's insurance increase was received, I located alternative insurance at a lower price the same day. Due to timing the payment was sent to homeowner 's insurance that had sent payment increase and also to my new carrier, I was sent a reimbursement check. The amounts do not seem accurate, perhaps they are. When I call the customer service telephone number, they refer me to my escrow statement. I had reviewed my escrow statement before reaching out.
