Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — FAIR COLLECTIONS & OUTSOURCING, INC. (NY)

Account status incorrect. FCO has reported an account that was not established with them under any contract or agreement in collection status in reference to XXXX XXXX XXXX that has been paid in full. Since, an account that is paid in full can not be in collection status and is reporting different dates amongst the 3 credit bureaus it is a violation of my rights under 15 USC 1681e ( b ). In addition, under Section 605B of the Fair Credit Reporting Act it is illegal to report information on my credit report without my permission. Therefore, I requested that this account be removed in its entirety from my credit profile.
