Issue : Victoria 's Secret {$350.00} Comenity Card status not reporting to bureaus XX/XX/year>2024 - paid in full after statement closed, balance has been {$0.00} since XX/XX/year>2024 - Comenity did not report balance update of {$0.00} to any three bureau 's, called and representative could not figure out why or offer any helpful assistance Comenity has never failed to update bureau 's previously when card reported a balance. Now that the balance is {$0.00} there seems to be an issue? Photo attached of XXXX report showing last update was made XXXX.24, I've checked XXXX and XXXX as well, same problem with lack of {$0.00} balance update.
