Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (PA)

Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. XXXX, Equifax and XXXX constantly violates my rights as a consumer under the FCRA. I give documents that are requested then they try to find another reason not to honor my accurate and complete Identity Theft Reports. I am submitting yet another documents requested. I got a receipt for my initial police report complaint. Under section 605B under the FCRA I demand the fraudulent accounts be blocked from my credit file and stop treating my accurate and complete documents as frivolous. I expect a thorough investigation not an automated update in a day or 2.
