Unable to open an account. I have been a victim of identity theft and have not been able to obtain a bank account due to early warning services inaccurate reports. This is a re-dispute case ID # XXXX with a reference # XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX has confirmed that the account belongs to me but I was not disputing ownership of the account. My dispute is that my card was stolen and fraudulent activity occurred during my card being stolen! Early warning is reporting that fraudulent activity was associated with my account when I was the victim of fraud. On XX/XX/2021 a mobile deposit was mad that was not from my phone so that IP address needs to be investigated along with any withdrawals that were made after the deposit.
