Received bad information about your loan. This is a follow-up complaint, with the exact same issue of the Student Loan Servicer not having the most accurate/up to date information regarding my enrollment and In-School Deferment classification. The prior complaint was corrected after I attempted for several months to coordinate with Nelnet, but they would not assist until I submitted the complaint # XXXX. I'm submitting again so that hopefully there will be a deeper investigation, and Route Cause/Corrective Action , with the hope that it spurs actual change so that no other student has to deal with the stressors of debt collection efforts that are protected and qualified under the Federal Student Loan deferment for In-School students XXXX
