Debt collection — Williams, Rush & Associates, LLC (AR)

Attempted to collect wrong amount. This medical debt was sold to William Rush and Associates after I had already paid it. Now, they cant tell me when the bill was sent out or what the original amount was, making it difficult for me to track the payment and show them proof that I already paid.
