Debt collection — Rowland Avenue Management, Inc. A/KA Columbia Debt Recovery, LLC d/b/a Genesis (MD)

Threatened or suggested your credit would be damaged. COLUMBIA DEBT RECOVERY LLC DBA GENESIS XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, WA XXXX has been relentlessly harassing me with phone calls at odd times in the night as well as weekends for the last 2 years. They have consistently used derogatory language and have talked down to me on more than one occasion by threatening defaulting/potential legal action. Also, I set a payment amount/date of {$300.00} on XX/XX/XXXX to be taken out on XX/XX/XXXX but they went foreward and took out {$300.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. I tried calling them and emailed them the issue but no response. They also harass me via text and have somehow found my work cell phone number as well. Very predatory behavior and I don't know which way to turn
