Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I see items on my credit report that I dont recognize, which makes me suspect identity theft since I didnt authorize these accounts. Ive raised this issue before, and Im requesting that these accounts be removed promptly. Their presence is causing me significant stress and misrepresents my true credit history and financial behavior. If we cant resolve this, Im prepared to take legal action to protect my rights.
