Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I was in debt with Discover years ago in the amount of {$1700.00}. the credit bureau shows amount of {$1900.00} that Discover them self is not familiar with, but still keeps it on my report we had made a settlement with about remaining balance of being XXXX over a year ago and have a letter proving that. This had been disputed in a year span and no change in my credit score and Discover has no information of the balance it being {$1900.00} But still keeps it on my report the account that is being disputed about {$1900.00} doesnt have any last four digits of the account number which should be XXXX.
