Checking or savings account — JPMORGAN CHASE & CO. (FL)

Problem using a debit or ATM card. Someone broke into my home and had access to my phones and all records. They hacked my bank account and opened a new debit card in my name and set up their own pin. They then used about {$12000.00} and the bank is denying my claims saying since it was done with a pin there is nothing they can do - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX during this entire time that all the money was spent.
