Non-sufficient funds and associated fees. On the day of XX/XX/XXXX I went to the bank on XXXX XXXX. I spoke to a rep who can allow me access to my funds however I was denied and lied to about why I couldn't get access to my fund but I can gain access to a direct deposit form slip which left me wondering why should a manager from a bank refuse the rightful owner access to their account after verifying who I was not once but multiple times.
