Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. Chase is refusing to help me file a dispute for a charge on services I didn't get from XXXX different merchants. The first merchant was XXXX for {$89.00} and the second merchant ( the one in question now ) is with XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) for {$210.00}. XXXX has ignored my request for a refund when they didn't provide me with any service and pretty much just defrauded me, and chase bank is assisting in their scam against me.
