Company closed your account. I originally opened a CD account with Marcus years ago and in the past few years, I opened a XXXX with the company. I tried to log-in to my Marcus account around the timeframe of early XXXXXXXX XXXX I got a notification that Marcus had locked my account and I needed to call to resolve the issue. Upon calling, I was informed that my account was being closed. The representative told me that accounts will get closed for three reasons : 1 ) information provided upon account opening is fraudulent 2 ) there is illegal activity 3 ) a negative balance is kept in the account. None of those situations pertain to this account, I have referred other people to Marcus in the past, and I had just gotten the balance back up to as high as it has been. So to have the account
