Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (MD)

Account information incorrect. My daughter is the primary person on the account and I am the co-signer. During COVID, my daughter lost her job, and had a hard time getting payments on time. XXXX agreed to make payment arrangements and in many cases, the account was in a payment arrangement but per XXXX, they are not structured to note that payments were being made. Instead, it is showing the accounts past due. Last year, I finally got my daughter to trade the car and the car was paid in full. To this day, it's still showing in my credit report, even after I have asked XXXX to send the notification to the bureaus and this has been months, and still not resolve. I am trying my best to get my credit situated and I have disputed this matter many times.
