Deposits and withdrawals. On XX/XX/year>, I remotely deposited my paycheck into my BMO account. I forgot my online password and tried to reset it, but I could not. I called them to reset it, and they locked me out of my account. They transferred me to the fraud department, at which time I explained that this was my paycheck and that I would need access to my funds. They told me they were investigating it and it would take 14-31 days to resolve. Again, I explained that I have bills to pay and mortgages to pay, and withholding that for that long would be a problem. They said they could not help me and that an analyst would need to look at it, and it may take that long. There was nothing else they could do.
