I am submitting this complaint to report XXXX ongoing failure to remove fraudulent accounts from my credit report, despite multiple requests and the submission of necessary documentation. Attached to this complaint is the most recent identity theft affidavit, which clearly outlines the fraudulent accounts that need to be removed. I have been a victim of a data breach, and my personal information has been used to open unauthorized accounts.
