This astounded me because it/they never said that I had a balance outside of my recurring loan installments. I nevertheless set up a payment arrangement to pay the money they claim I owed in a timely manner. My account became delinquent 30 days because the agent/employee who set up the initial payment arrangement did it improperly and those payments did not go through, although the money was there.
