Personal information incorrect. I was made aware a XXXX XXXX account was opened in XXXX under a number XXXX which never belonged to me, they also listed an address I did not identify with. I made the creditor aware of how the reporting of this account is affecting me on a mental and financial level. No validation of account was provided, just a hang up after receiving address and phone number tied to this account. This creditor will not allow me to dispute the account with them directly. I have no other request but for this account to be removed from my report. I have never communicated or given this creditor permission to furnish any account on my credit report.
