Deposits and withdrawals. I have filed multiple complaints but heard nothing from XXXX. After XXXX XXXXXXXX unlawfully withdraw $ XXXX from my Bank of America unfunded checking account ( as XXXX XXXX XXXX transaction had been cancelled 24 hours before in writing ), Bank of American then refused to file a dispute ( through XXXX, Bank Manager, BOA, XXXX XXXX, NY ), and all of my bills started bouncing. Then, BOA froze my savings account for $ XXXX. For almost a week they prevented access to both checking and savings leaving me with XXXX money, refusing to tell me what was going on, placing holds on my attempts to get the rest of my money away from BOA so XXXX XXXX couldn't unlawfully try to take it, and was lied to, repeatedly.
