Problem with personal statement of dispute. its been XXXX months asking for the XXXX XXXX companies to update my credit report and remove all charged off accounts that's been on my credit for XXXX yrs or more based off the missed payment.. They are reporting balances on charge off accounts as well. FCRA - 15 1681-2-Repondsibilites of furnishers of information Charge off accounts stays on credit history for XXXX years from the date of the delinquency that led to the charge off. I have sent letters and more letters to get this information updates they are refusing to remove as well as to send documents from the last late payment.
