Personal information incorrect. On XX/XX/year>, I pulled my XXXX Credit Report from all three Bureaus ( XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX ) and found out that my personal information ( Name & Address ) was being reported wrong and that my Credit Report had inaccurate and incomplete credit information. I then sent XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX a Personal Information Update Letter on XX/XX/year>.
