Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (FNIS) (TX)

Information belongs to someone else. I am a victim of identity theft in which my purse & all it's contents : ( Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, & State-Issued Photo ID ) were stolen. Since then, I've been having trouble " opening an account '' & have been " declined '' at EVERY Banking Institution I've applied to. Recently I was told that my social security # is " FLAGGED '' in " Chex Systems '' & that there's two ( 2 ) different banks ( " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX' & " XXXX XXXX '' ) showing attached to my social security # that I, myself, did NOT have anything to do with. Someone else made those attempts with those banks committing " Bank fraud '' on top of " Identity theft '' initially. I need the " flag '' removed from my social security # & then it completely removed from the banks
