Consumer Complaint Against Experian for FCRA Violations on Multiple Accounts and Inaccurate Personal Information Description of the Issue : I am filing this complaint against Experian for failure to fulfill its obligations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) regarding multiple requests to validate debts, reinvestigate disputes, and correct inaccurate personal information on my credit report.
