Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (FL)

Account information incorrect. Please block this information from my report as I have asked them to validate this information and they didn't respond after 3 months of disputes. I am filing this complaint regarding XXXX continued reporting of inaccurate and unauthorized items on my credit report. Under Section 605B of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 USC 1681c-2 ), I am formally requesting that XXXX block these items within four business days due to potential identity theft concerns, as I did not authorize or recognize many of these entries. I have attached my documents.
