Investigation took more than 30 days. I recently submitted a letter regarding the inaccuracies and unfamiliar items on my credit report, but it's now been over 30 days, and I haven't received any response. This lack of action is really concerning. According to Section 611 ( a ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), youre required to investigate disputed items within 30 days, and if you don't, those items must be removed from my report. Since it's been more than 30 days, I expect my credit report to be updated immediately, reflecting the removal of the disputed accounts. If this isn't resolved quickly, Ill have no choice but to consider legal action, as this ongoing delay has caused me considerable stress. Additionally, I was affected by the Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX data breaches
