Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — TRANSUNION INTERMEDIATE HOLDINGS, INC. (OH)

Information belongs to someone else. I am writing to report inaccurate information on my consumer reports from XXXX, TransUnion, and XXXX, resulting from identity theft. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), I did not authorize the inclusion of these transactions on my reports. This is my official request that this account be permanently blocked and removed, as it is reporting adverse 30-day or more late payments. This is inconsistent with the record, which shows a payment made in the prior month. Additionally, there are discrepancies between the account numbers and account names.
