Overdrafts and overdraft fees. Hi, so I believed there is a lawsuit against bank of America and all there overdraft fees from a period of time.. I know from maybe what waz XXXX all the way thru XXXX bank of America had change me fees for overdrafts like almost every week or so.. I no have access to my accounts since the bank had closed down all my accounts here recently..
