Debt collection — Source Receivables Management LLC (TX)

Didn't receive notice of right to dispute. This creditor previously reported this debt on my credit file. I disputed the debt, but they were unable to verify it with the credit bureaus and failed to provide me with documents validating the debt, leading to its removal from my credit files. Now, almost two years later, they are attempting to collect once again. This time, I did not receive any notification or communication regarding this debt from either the original creditor or the debt collector before its reporting to the credit bureaus, as required by law. Consequently, this debt collector has violated my rights and the law by failing to notify me of the debt, send me a debt validation letter, inform me of their intent to collect the debt, or notify me of my right to validate or dispute
