On or around XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed an {$8.00} charge on my Paypal Mastercard, I then proceeded to cancel the charge, then after I canceled, I called Paypal Mastercard so that they would explain the XXXX XXXX day which I had been charged since XXXX ( for over 4 years by the time I discovered it ). I then spoke to an agent who explained it and its purpose. I then told them it sounded like a good feature and would like to enroll me back. The agent explained what I needed to do, and I did as I was told. After a couple of attempts to enroll back, nothing happened. I then called Synchrony Bank ( XXXX ), and they promised that someone would call me back about the issue. Nobody, called then I called them on XX/XX/XXXX, and explained to them since nobody has called me
