Account information incorrect. I just applied for a credit card and was shocked to learn that I had been denied credit. When I pulled my credit report, I found some of the information very confusing. I want to make sure that everything is accurate, therefore I want you to look into it for me. I am the primary consumer of the complaint and there is no third party involved. This complaint was not submitted in error. Attached you will also find my ID as proof of my identity and my Proof of Address.
