Vehicle loan or lease — Bridgecrest Acceptance Corporation (FL)

Problem with paying off the loan. We refinanced our car loan from Bridgecrest XX/XX/XXXX Our new car Loan XXXX XXXX confirmed payoff proceeds were sent to Bridge Crest. I called Bridgecrest this morning XX/XX/XXXX, was placed on hold for XXXX minutes ( XXXX XXXX ), the rep advised me she checked with Accounting and there was no payoff received. The XXXX payment due to Bridgecrest was XX/XX/XXXX, on XX/XX/XXXX we received an intent to cure/reposses letter from Bridgecrest advising XXXX had until XX/XX/XXXX to make the payment of {$780.00}. See the letter attached. We are not XXXX late and Bridge Crest is sending an intent to reposs letter... We called our new car loan company back, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX back and they provided tracking number XXXX XXXXXXXX and copies of the payoff chec
