Mortgage — Mr. Cooper Group Inc. (TX)

Escrow, taxes, or insurance. Effective XX/XX/XXXX, the account was granted a total veteran exemption. I emailed over the document I received from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I thought things were resolved when I received an Escrow statement dated XX/XX/XXXX reflecting the correct property tax assessment. My relief was short lived because I then received a new notice with the property taxes added back. At this point I am very disappointed in Mr. Copper and feel like the company is using the relationship that it maintains with XXXX XXXX to charge me additional late fees and to keep my account in bad standing. If the escrow analysis reflected the true information, my payments would be lower and much more affordable. Please help
