Company closed your account. On today, XX/XX/year> at XXXX, I received a text from Chase stating that they needed more information about my personal and business accounts and I needed to take action and contact them or my accounts will be closed. I also received 2 emails stating the same thing. I tried logging into my mobile app and got the notice that my account was locked due to unusual activity. I called the number that was given in the app and was told by a representative that Chase decided to close my account for suspicious activity which made me request to speak to a supervisor.
