Transaction was not authorized. My XXXX account was hacked and someone purchased {$100.00} of virtual gift cards using my debit card. XXXX told me to have PNC dispute it. PNC had continual problems with my transaction dispute, eventually reimbursing {$50.00} of the {$100.00}. I had to submit multiple disputes and spoke to many representatives to find out why I was getting denied for {$50.00}. Eventually, I was told I can not find out the actual reason why. Frankly, I think this is incredibly terrible to the customer. They should be easily able to reclaim these funds from XXXX with the explanation and proof I provided them.
