Checking or savings account — JPMORGAN CHASE & CO. (TX)

Account opened without my consent or knowledge. Last month I received a postal letter from Chase Bank saying my application for account was denied. Letter told me to contact XXXX and gave me no way to contact bank. I have NEVER requests any account with Chase. My Credit Union monitoring service told me to dispute the application on XXXX. But XXXX has had no hard inquiries or applications for me for the past XXXX years. So there was nothing to dispute. Today I received an email from Chase thanking me for applying for a checking account. I have NEVER requested any account with Chase. XXXX hours later, I received another email from Chase congratulating me, saying my checking account was now open. I immediately called Chase Customer Service and was transferred to another department. I
