Debt collection — Cedars Business Services, LLC (PA)

Debt is not yours. More than XXXX years after a trip to XXXX, I received a letter on XX/XX/year> from XXXX XXXX XXXX, a debt collector. Their address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, and phone number is XXXX. The letter stated that I had committed a traffic infraction in XXXX and that I owed XXXX XXXX, which as of today is {$690.00}. While in XXXX XXXX years ago, I was never stopped by the police, nor did I receive a traffic ticket. I have not received any proof of the alleged traffic violation, nor have I been given the opportunity to appeal or dispute the claim. I believe that this may be a scam.
