Problem getting your free annual credit report. As a U.S. citizen, I have the right under federal and State of California law to use XXXX to obtain a free version of my XXXX, Experian, and XXXX credit reports. Experian is engaged in blatantly criminal misconduct, see recently closed CFPB XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and XXXX where they took no action to remediate my ongoing issues. Indeed, within both prior complaints Experian materially misrepresented my complaint in their canned response : You indicate that inaccurate items are in your credit report. You are requesting to have the disputed items corrected or deleted from your report. This is categorically incorrect.
