I have been receiving continuous calls from Ashmer Collection Services ( or similar debt collection company ), even after I explicitly requested they stop contacting me. On [ insert date ( s ) of communication ], I informed them that I did not want to receive any further calls. In addition, I requested that they provide me with a detailed breakdown of the debt, including all charges and a document bearing my signature, which they failed to provide. Instead of complying with my request, they continued to contact me. Despite this, they did not send me the requested documentation and continued to harass me with phone calls.
