Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (PA)

Information belongs to someone else. I was absolutely shocked to discover inaccurate accounts on my credit report this morning, and I have no idea how they got there. I check my credit report regularly, and this time, discrepancies appeared out of nowhere. I even refreshed my browser, hoping it was a temporary glitch, but the errors remained. I urgently need the documents I provided to be carefully reviewed so I can stop worrying about this ever happening again.
