Trying to communicate with the company to fix an issue while managing or servicing your loan. Freedom Mortgage Corporation deleted my account around the XXXX XXXX time after assuming a loan managed by them from another service member. I started the assumption process in XX/XX/XXXX before returning from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I was then homeless for XXXX months as I fought Freedom to comply with XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX, which they failed to do. After finally purchasing the house in XX/XX/XXXX, I had access to my accounts until one day in XXXX it was deleted. I called the company to get access back so I may manage both my mortgages through them, one VA assumption and one regular VA loan, however, I am unable to create a new account due to protecting the previous owner of the acc
