Threatened to sue you for very old debt. The debt that is reporting on my credit report is not valid. LVNV Funding and their attorneys XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX summoned me for court on XX/XX/XXXX and then sent an 'Entry for Default Judgement ' on De to me on XX/XX/XXXX. Also, this is appearing on my credit report as an open balance, but I am using a debt consolidation company to help manage this debt, which means it should be closed.
