I am formally requesting the final payment date as recorded by XXXX XXXX. I have concerns that XXXX XXXX XXXX be in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) by altering payment dates. I have not received any communication from XXXX XXXX regarding this matter. I request that this account be removed from all of my credit reports. XXXX and XXXX XXXX ghosted me.
