Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (NY)

Information belongs to someone else. I called Equifax to make disputes on my collections. The representative from Equifax asked me which XXXX XXXX servicer I had applied for the loan through. To which I explained that I have never had a student loan or gone to college. He then said, " I can't help you because you're not being honest with me. '' Then he proceeded to hang up on me. To put the conversation in context. The Equifax representative asked me about student loans I had, and some creditors that I have never done business with. When I explained that I did not know any of this information, he simply said he could not verify me. I asked for a supervisor, and he refused to connect me with his supervisor said, " Good bye mam '', and hung up.
