Debt collection — Resurgent Capital Services L.P. (KY)

Threatened to sue you for very old debt. I sent a letter requesting validation of the debt. The letter stated the following. I am writing to request a validation of the debt you are claiming I owe. Please provide the following within 30 days. 1. The amount of the debt. 2. The name of the Credit, whom the dad is owed. 3. A copy of the original contract agreement showing my responsibility for the debt. 4. Any judgment or other legal action taking related to this debt. 5.
