Account information incorrect. Consumer Reporting Agencies have assumed a vital role in assembling and evaluating consumer credit while knowing there is a need to insure they exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a RESPECT for the consumers RIGHT TO PRIVACY. The banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate credit reporting, and these unfair credit reporting methods undermine my public confidence which is essential to the banking system. I never gave my expressed, written consent for these consumer reporting agencies to report my information, which violated 15 U.S. Code 1681b ( 2 ) and this leads to an alleged identity theft, which is a violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681c-2.
