Account information incorrect. I recently went through my report and found some inquiries from various creditors that I did not approve. This raises concerns for me, as they could be related to identity theft or fraud. I would appreciate it if you could look into these inquiries and remove them from my credit report if they can't be confirmed as authorized. I've included my letter to XXXX XXXX, yet these inquiries still appeared on my current report.
