XX/XX/XXXX Under USC Sec 15 1681, 1682, 1683, 1684, and FCRA tbese accounts were already disputed and passed timeframe of removal from all three Credit Bureaus XXXX, XXXX, Experian. These accounts needs to be removed immediately. None of my signatures are on any of these fraudulent accounts. Also my name is XXXX XXXX as stated on my credit report. All of these items are fraudulent and needs to be immediately removed! MY information was EXPOSED in multiple data breaches across XXXX, XXXX, and Experian. I am writing to have these ILLEGAL items removed OFF my report ASAP! I received a copy of my credit reports and am writing to dispute the following FRAUDLENT/ILLEGAL/UNAUTHORIZED information that appears on my XXXX, XXXX, and Experian report.
