Credit card — TD BANK US HOLDING COMPANY (KY)

Sent card you never applied for. on XX/XX/year> I received a credit card in the mail from TD Bank/Target. I did not apply for this card and when I contacted customer service, they stated that whomever opened the account had my personal information. They opened the case with the fraud department and they informed me to contact FTC and the credit bureaus.
