Credit card — CAPITAL ONE FINANCIAL CORPORATION (AZ)

Can't use card to make purchases. I made a payment to my credit card to pay off the full balance. For some reason it flagged my account for fraud. So capital one restricted use of my credit card account until I could prove that I paid from an account that I own. I sent documents from my bank account verifying that I was the owner and i sent a copy of my bank statement. Capital one did not want to accept these documents because the bank statement didn't reflect my full account number. I pointed out that the letter from my bank stating I was the owner of the account reflected the full account number. But then because the letter didn't have an " official stamp or signature '' they won't accept it as proof of ownership. I've tried to send anything else but they won't accept it. I now received
